I provide services for people recovering from stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, MS, Parkinsons, ALS, amputees and seniors with joint replacements, multiple medical problems or mobility issues

Some of the areas in which I can help you improve are:

Range of Motion and Strength – Often after a hospital stay, your range of motion and strength may be altered. We can work together to improve flexibility and strength through some hands-on techniques as well as with specific exercises.

Balance – I perform balance assessments to determine exercises that may help you improve your balance and prevent falls.

Fine and Gross Motor Control – Whether you have difficulty feeding yourself or trouble getting in and out of the bathtub, we can figure out ways to make this safer and easier to make you more independent.

Mobility – I can help determine whether you need an assistive device and which one is the most appropriate for your needs.

Gait Training – Gait training can help you feel more comfortable with the way you walk and help you strive for a more efficient and normal walking pattern.

Endurance – We can work together to improve your stamina.
