Vicky Taylor-Hood of Raising the Bar Strength & Conditioning provides personalized strength coaching for people looking to improve basic fitness as well as athletes (both recreational and competitive) seeking to improve sport-specific performance in the areas of running, triathlon, and powerlifting.
I can work with individuals of all ages if they are committed to exploring change and the limits of what they thought possible. I have a particular interest in masters athletes of all levels of skill.
